Dr. Emőke Buzogány

Emőke has been practicing for more than five years in the field of corporate law. She has a good overview and management of complex transactions with diverse documentation. Over the years she has become an expert in corporate law issues and participated in numerous M&A transactions and private equity investments.

Emőke’s legal carrier started in Romania, therefore she is also familiar with the Romanian legal environment. She graduated at the Babeş-Bolyai University and later earned her Hungarian law diploma at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University.
