Dr. Péter Peremiczki

Peter is a Harvard-educated, prominent Hungarian corporate/M&A lawyer, who spent more than fifteen years in the corporate/M&A practice groups of various leading international law firms (including Freshfields and Linklaters). Before establishing his own firm with Melinda, Peter advised MOL Group as Head of M&A Legal on various large-scale oil and gas transactions across the globe. He has considerable experience of drafting and negotiating all types of major commercial agreements, advising on complex real estate transactions and environmental issues.
